    Description

This souvenir program from Earl Carroll's Hollywood Theatre, "America's Greatest Revue", is from 1943. It has lots of pictures of glamorous showgirls (including Beryl Wallace, his long-time girlfriend, on the cover and 2 pages inside), pictures from Earl Carroll shows, articles about Carroll and the theatre, and more pictures in ”Beauty Parade”. Great B&W full back cover photo.
The program measures 8-1/2" wide by 11" tall.
At 24 pages plus cover, it is in excellent condition, clean, all pages and cover firmly attached, and showing hardly any wear. There is a small surface tear on the center bottom edge of the cover. Great piece of the time. See all the pics. PayPal only. No international shipping.
Carroll and Wallace died in a plane crash while en route from Los Angeles to New York City on June 17, 1948. They were interred together in the Garden of Memory at Forest Lawn Memorial Park Cemetery.
