This lot is the best yet.  CNC cut blanks are finely cut from strong US made steel plate with extra fine surface finish.  Now is a great time to replace your factory cast plates - before this exceptional lot is gone.
This is a 7.75 inch diameter slotted replacement arbor press plate anvil wheel for up to 6 ton arbor presses. CNC cut from prime steel, NOT unknown scrap metal, NOT cast.  Will not deform under load or break when dropped.  Cast doesn't last...see last picture.
Great upgrade for, even new, domestic and imported arbor presses with cast anvil wheels.
This is not a "Blank"
that requires further finishing.  The edges are smoothed and lightly deburred.
The bottom is ground flat and is center drilled and a 1/4" pin is installed. Final step is to
hand smooth
all sharp corners so it is a pleasure to turn (without catching) and position the wheel  for alignment.
Four slots measure 3/4", 1", 1-1/2", 1-7/8"
This arbor press anvil wheel also makes a handy bench plate for hammering, flattening, bending, forming...
