Condition is New, unopened box unless you want me to open them and program them with your current hearing loss.  I am a licensed hearing aid dispenser.  These are direct from the factory, not a knock-off.  If you have an audiogram (hearing test results) that is less than 6 months old and would like for me to program I will include the programming with the purchase.
