This unit is ideal for cooking stir fry, soup, or boiling noodles / pasta.  Three 13" wok chambers with a heavy duty stainless steel ring, equipped with a 16 tip jet burner + central pilot & cap to provide tall flame, focused high heat.  This volcano burner is just what you need to quickly make delicious dishes at Asian cuisine restaurants and catering!

1/4" one piece stainless steel stove top extended to front and two sides with forming technology.
100% stainless steel and heavy gauge reinforced steel angle chassis.
Heavy gauge stainless steel frame construction for the entire unit, which is designed for extra strength and durability.
Steel wok chambers are manufactured with a high resistance towards fire.
Easy access sauce shelf in the front of wok range.
Trash basket located at the rear corner (right side) of the range with easy pullout access.
Removable wok back splash and side splash are assembled with screws which allows getting into narrow entrance and makes maintenance easier
This unit has individual "L" shaped handle gas valves that provide easy access for knee operation which ensures hands-free cooking.
Wok swing faucet automatically turns on when spout is swung over wok.
100% Stainless steel removable drip tray under each burner, for grease, and waste.
Notes:
The incoming gas line pressure should be 6" or 7" WC for natural gas; 10" or 11" WC for propane gas.
Gas inlet size: 1-1/2".
Gas regulator is NOT included.  Please ask your license contractor to install a gas regulator if needed to adjust gas pressure high or low.
Drain connection required: 2" NPT connection positioned on the back.
Water connection required: 1/2" NPT water connection positioned on the back.
